Our amazing horses are more than just companions; they are dedicated instructors on a mission to guide riders of all levels to equestrian excellence. Our exceptional school horses are the heart of our program. Each one possesses a special blend of patience, skill, and charisma, making them perfect mentors for riders on their journey to becoming confident riders.
Beyond the arena, our school horses also accompany riders to competitions, turning each event into a collaborative showcase of skill and partnership. They not only teach the technical aspects of riding but also instill the values of discipline, empathy, and teamwork.

Fairlight Acres Sebastian (Sebastian)
Sebastian is an adorable little pony who has been there done it!
At 20 years old, he is such a wonderful addition to WEC taking care of his riders from his very beginner riders who he carefully takes around the arena, right through to those wanting to compete.
Sebastian has had a great career and still holds his own in the jump arena jumping up to 80cm's!!

Whyld Black Jack
(Jack)
Jack is very special to the WEC Program. Along with Mr Bentley Jack was the original horse that put WEC on the map. Originally a carriage horse from the Hunter Valley. His Kind, forgiving personality is the perfect horse to build confidence and basic skills in our riders. A very special boy.

Spring Creek Tolstoy
(Tolly)
Tolly came into Charlotte's life mid 2023, and he has been an absolute delight. Another Barwick Pony, Tolly is an 18yr old OTT, Tolly is such a gentleman both at home and in the ring.
Charlotte and Tolly have built an unstoppable partnership both in Dressage and the Show Jumping and rarely come home without a ribbon.
Tolly has transitioned into the riding school for WEC top level riders to take them to the next level of their competition journey.

Vega
Vega is a wonderful new addition to the riding school, known for his beautiful, calm and gentle nature. A true dressage schoolmaster, he offers riders a safe and supportive partner while developing correct basics and feel. Vega is especially valued for building confidence, both at home and out at competitions, making him an ideal horse for riders progressing through their dressage journey.

Billy the loveable lab is the real boss around the stables.
Billy keeps a close eye on everything that happens around the stables, and out at competitions or clinics and is the #1 supporter.
Along with keeping his buddies Sherlock and Basil in line, He loves to greet all riders with his over exuberant tail wag, and his big sloppy kisses. He is a much loved member by all involved in WEC

Sherlock and Basil the Goldy members of the team.
Sherlock is always busy 'working' around the yard, he takes his job as mouse hunter very seriously!!
Sherlocks new little brother joined the team,
Basil. He is more of a puppy of leisure, any mud or poop pile he can find to roll in, or a nice shady spot to sleep is his priority.
The 2 boys love following the stable boss Billy around and supporting the team whenever they can.
